• Introduction:Being one of the founder members of the Cueball team Kate has used her customer service skills and attention to detail to work her way up to the role of assistant supervisor. Kate assists the Premises Supervisor in the day to day functions of the club, focusing on building relationships between Cueball Derby and customers new and existing by promoting the clubs ongoing and new facilities and offers.
  
  Previously working in customer service roles Kate joined Cueball Derby when the club was opened on January 25th bringing with her, her first class customer service skills.
  
  Kate enjoys talking, socializing with family and friends and spending time with her 2 children.
  
  Working at Cueball Kate has now taken up Pool with the hope of joining a ladies team in the future.
  
  Interesting fact: Kate believes she is an uncertain person, but she’s not quite sure. She can also drink more Jagerbombs than any other member of the team.
